Is it safe to connect my Binance account?
We only request read-only API permissions. We cannot place orders, make withdrawals, or modify your account in any way. Your API key is encrypted at rest and never stored after report generation.
Which countries' tax rules do you support?
We generate a universal capital gains report with full trade history that works in most jurisdictions. We don't claim to be legal or tax advisors โ your accountant will know how to use the report for your country.
How are haram trades handled?
Trades involving haram coins are flagged with a red label and shown in a separate section. You can submit your report with or without those trades depending on your situation and scholarly guidance.
What if I traded on multiple exchanges?
The Pro plan supports multi-exchange merging. You can import additional exchanges via CSV, and we'll unify the history into a single capital gains calculation.
Can I get a refund if the report is wrong?
Yes. If the report contains errors due to our processing (not your API data), contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you. 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all plans.
