You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HalalCrypto, its operator, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body, conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or collective proceeding against HalalCrypto.
Governing Law & Courts: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain, chosen as a leading Islamic finance hub with established legal infrastructure for digital asset disputes.
Limitation Period: Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.

HalalCrypto shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, pandemics, blockchain network failures, exchange outages, third-party API failures (including Binance API), cyberattacks, power failures, or telecommunications failures.
In the event of a force majeure event, we will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as practicable and will communicate material disruptions to our users where possible.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Cookie Policy, and Shariah Compliance Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and HalalCrypto regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
