Refund Policy
HalalCrypto delivers a digital service immediately on activation. No trial period, no refund window — but no lock-in either. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
Subscription fees are not refundable. The Service is a digital research and signal-delivery product delivered to you immediately on activation. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next billing cycle; the current cycle's fees remain payable.
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations reg. 37, you are shown an unchecked, separate checkbox at signup asking you to consent to immediate service start and to acknowledge that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right. If you do not tick that checkbox, your signup is paused and no charge is made. Your acceptance is time-stamped and hash-locked in our records.
Card payments are processed by DodoPayments as Merchant of Record. The processor operates under its own Terms of Service and network rules. Where a card issuer or processor enforces a refund or chargeback against our no-refund policy — in their sole discretion under applicable network rules — that outcome is governed by the processor's and issuer's rules, which supersede our policy. We cannot and do not guarantee that our no-refund position will prevail in every chargeback adjudication.
Payments made via NOWPayments are final once on-chain confirmation is reached. No reversal is possible by either party after that point. Where a refund is legally required, it is returned to the originating wallet address in the same asset, less on-chain gas, at the quantity paid. Exchange-rate risk between payment date and refund date is borne by the customer. Paying by crypto removes chargeback exposure and is the most final-settlement-certain option.
Never refundable: (a) subscription fees for the current billing cycle; (b) performance-share fees on the High-Risk Tier — these accrue on realised profit above a rolling high-watermark; (c) trading losses on your Exchange account — we never custody funds and trading results are yours; (d) payment-processor fees, on-chain gas, and FX costs.
Cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation stops all order submission within 60 seconds, disconnects our copy of your API key, and prevents the next billing cycle. It does not refund the current cycle and does not affect open positions on your Exchange account — those remain yours to manage.
Where the law of your jurisdiction grants you a mandatory right to a refund that cannot be waived by this policy (including but not limited to certain French, Turkish, or US-state consumer-protection provisions), that law controls. Non-derogable consumer rights are preserved regardless of what this policy says.
Before initiating a chargeback or arbitration, please email [email protected] with 'Refund' in the subject. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Unresolved matters after 5 business days may be escalated to [email protected], and then to arbitration under DIAC Rules 2022 (seat: DIFC) or your local non-derogable consumer dispute channel.
